It is recommended to remove the trigger mechanism only in case of replacement or extraordinary maintenance and/or repairs. Check that the shotgun is absolutely unloaded before proceeding.

HOW TO REMOVE THE TRIGGER MECHANISM:

Before proceeding to remove the trigger mechanism, make sure that the shotgun is unloaded, then fire the two shots and move the safety body first to the S position (on safety mode), then to the firing position.

After making sure that the mechanism is not cocked (therefore the hammers are in the free position) and that the safety body is in the firing position (not in the safe mode), it is possible to proceed with the removal by following these steps:

1. Press the battery button
2. Remove the trigger mechanism from the action body by pulling it downwards without forcing.

HOW TO INSERT THE TRIGGER MECHANISM:

Before proceeding with the insertion, make sure that the shotgun is unloaded, make sure that the balance wheel is in the central position and that the trigger levers are lowered:

1. Insert the front prong of the battery pack into the action body.
2. Insert the trigger mechanism with the hammers decocked. It is strongly recommended to press the battery button to attach it to the action so as not to damage the wood of the shotgun itself.

It is not possible to mount a trigger mechanism with a fixed selector on a shotgun with selective technology or vice versa, so make sure not to mount mechanisms that do not have the same type of selector. Please also remember that it is not possible to mount mechanism from other brands on a Fossari® shotgun.
